Exclusive Algarve Rates

The following applies to any booking at Quinta dos Cochichos:

Exclusive Algarve rates per holiday apartment, per night
Basis: 2 persons*
Minimum stay 4 nights
Each additional person over 6 years: € 20 / night
Children up to 6 years stay free of charge
Reservation does not include breakfast
Final cleaning not included. One-off costs:
- Casa da Alfarroba and Casa do Figo: € 65
- Casa da Nespera, Casa da Amendoa and Casa da Oliveira: € 55,00
Pets not allowed
For stays longer than 1 week, 1 time intermediate cleaning
Towel change after one week or earlier on request
Tourist tax: from 16 years of age with a maximum of 5 days.
- € 1 p.p. per day from November to March
- € 2 p.p. per day from April to October

* In Casa do Figo and Casa da Alfarroba from 1 July to 15 September the exclusive Algarve rate is always the one for 4 people.
